The Embassy of France in Sri Lanka and the Maldives is inviting applications for a research scholarship program.
This opportunity is open to Sri Lankan and Maldivian PhD students, researchers, and senior researchers who wish to undertake a scientific research stay in France.

- Open exclusively to students from UoM’s partner universities.
- Maximum number of participants: 10 students.
- Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from their home university.
- Selection is competitive and based on criteria such as language proficiency.

Lithuanian Language and Culture Summer Course – Scholarships Available
Exciting Opportunity!
Applications are now open for the Lithuanian Language and Culture Course 2025 at Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) in Lithuania. This immersive program will run from July 7 to August 5, 2025. We encourage you to explore this unique learning experience.
This four-week immersive program offers:
- Daily Lithuanian language classes
- Engaging sociocultural lectures and workshops
- Insightful sessions on Lithuanian history and traditions
