Visit of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences

A team of delegates of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IGGCAS) led by Academician Prof. Mingguo Zhai, visited the University of Peradeniya on 15.01.2025 and met the Vice Chancellor and Academic Staff of the Department of Geology, Faculty of Science, at the Vice Chancellor’s Office.
The main focus of the meeting was to discuss updates and prospects of collaborations between the IGGCAS and UOP and donation of GNSS enabled ionospheric measuring systems to the UOP for scientific research
