Delegation from Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress Visits University of Peradeniya and JRDC.

A delegation from the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress visited the University of Peradeniya and the Joint Research and Demonstration Centre (JRDC) on 22nd April 2025.
The delegation was led by Mr. Zhang Quan, Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress (SCSMPC), and included Ms. Yan Rui, Member and Vice-Secretary General of SCSMPC and Vice-Chairperson of the Legal System Committee, Mr. Wang Linhua, Vice-Chairman of the Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee, and Mr. Cheng Minji, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Division.
